Application Process
Spray on Concrete is designed to create a unique decorative finish on existing concrete surfaces. Our spray on coatings bond rigidly to existing suitable concrete surfaces and help create a slip resistant, textured and decorative surface for both dry and wet areas.

We offer a wide range of stencil patterns and stone finishes for exterior concrete overlays.

It is ideal for applications such as pedestrian paths, driveways, carparks, courtyards and entrance ways, giving a exceptional hard wearing and attractive surface.

Our team pour new concrete slab if necessary.

The concrete area is  washed and primed.

Any cracks in the existing slab are repaired if necessary.

All surrounding areas are masked off to prevent over spray staining walls etc.

Your choice of decorative finish is then applied via our numerous methods to achieve each chosen design or look. Our decorative concrete system is a process using a cement coating that has been specifically designed and formulated to be applied to any concrete surface, both new or old.

At the right time the stencils or tape are removed if used and the area is thoroughly cleaned with a blower vac, all masking paper is removed and the site is cleaned up.

Using this type of  application allows us to achieve both traditional and contemporary designs with nothing but perfection unlike other decorative applications in the marketplace

Our product achieves a very high compressive strength of  75Mpa, 3 times stronger than standard concrete as well as an excellent slip and abrasive resistant finish..

Specially formulated sealer is then applied to protect and beautify your new concrete area for many years to come.

For best results on resurfacing new or existing concrete, the surface must be of sound condition. We recommend that if the concrete is of very poor condition it should be replaced before applying Spray on concrete.
