Application Process

For best results on resurfacing new or existing concrete, the surface must be of sound condition. We recommend that if the concrete is of very poor condition it should be replaced before applying Spray on concrete.

  • A new concrete slab is poured if necessary.
  • The concrete area is  washed and primed.
  • Any cracks and imperfections in the slab are repaired.
  • All surrounding areas are masked off to prevent over spray staining walls etc.
  • Your choice of decorative finish is then applied via our numerous methods to achieve each chosen design.
  • At the right time the stencils or tape are removed and the area is thoroughly cleaned with a blower vac, all masking paper is removed and the site is cleaned up.
  • Specially formulated spray on paving sealer is then applied to protect and beautify your new concrete area for many years to come.
